The NEP Manthan Symposium, organized by Manthan for Academia on December 16, 2023, at Kavivarya Suresh Bhat Sabhagruha in Nagpur, received an overwhelming response, turning the event into a full house with over 3000 teachers attending the event from all over Nagpur and nearby districts. The symposium aimed to enlighten teachers about the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and address their queries.

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari’s Visionary Keynote

Union Road Transport and Highways Minister, Nitin Gadkari, inaugurated the event, delivering a keynote address that emphasized the pivotal role of teachers in shaping the future. He stressed the critical evaluation of students, extending beyond their knowledge to include cultural and social depth. Nitin Gadkari highlighted the need for a qualitative shift in the education system, aligning it with the socio-economic system. Encouraging educators to consider socio-economic conditions at various levels, he reiterated that education is an investment in preparing future citizens.
